AQUATIC PERSONAL TRAINING
Whatever your fitness or wellness goals, the water is a great place to pursue them! Whether you are managing a chronic illness, healing from injury or surgery or wanting to strength train, we can design a program for you. Each session last 30 minutes.
Manage chronic conditions; manage pain: fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, diabetes and post-mastectomy patients, among others, have been shown to benefit from aquatic exercise, finding great relief from being and exercising in warm water.
Start a fitness routine: The water is a great place to begin if you are just getting started: it is low (or no) impact, yet offers significant opportunity for strength and cardio work, without the muscle soreness experienced on land.
