Wells High Five Boot Camp is a fun, intense, challenging and effective workout. You will tone your body, increase your cardio, and interact with people who are striving to accomplish similar goals. What to expect? a free body movement exercise system using limited weights, but emphasizing calisthenics and repeated movements. download "wellsfitnessbr" app! A profile will be kept on your progress and goals. Days are Monday's, Wednesday's at 5:30pm and 6:30pm 7800 Independence Park, and Saturday's 9:30am, place TBA.
